Generally there is no admission charge but, where an expense is involved such as room hire or speaker's expenses, voluntary donations may be sought.
Tuesday, 9th March - Ten Years of the BWI Countryside Bird Survey. Ireland's wild birds are an indicator of the health of our environment. Every year BirdWatch Ireland checks on the status of the birds of the wider countryside using hundreds of volunteers in the Countryside Bird Survey. The co-ordinator of the survey, Dick Coombes, knows more than anyone else about the ups and downs of our wild birds. Dick will give an illustrated talk on "Ten Years of the Countryside Bird Survey" at the Clonmel Park Hotel on Tuesday, 9th March at 8 pm. All are welcome.
Tuesday 20th April
- Talk by Kevin Collins on Breeding Birds of Tipperary followed by Branch AGM.
Cabragh Wetlands Visitor Centre at 8 pm.
Sunday 16th May - National Dawn Chorus Day. Outings at Cloughjordan (in association with Cloughjordan Development Association) and Cahir Park. Details later.
Sunday 23rd May - Coach outing to the Burren. Details later.
